Grandma Continued

2000-07-12::02:02:10

Good news! We found my grandma today. Turns out she bought a tickket for the wrong bus station, and because of the Alzheimer's she thought she was in Pontiac when really she was in Flint. We hadn't heard from her this morning, so we filed a missing persons report and got a hold of the bus station where she bought her ticket to see where it was headed. Then my uncle just started calling motels and hotels in the cities where the bus had stopped, and finally he found her some place in Flint. I guess she was all confused and disoriented, but at least she was ok. Oh, and I also ran into my psych instructor today. We just exchanged hellos and kept on walking our seperate ways. However, this must have made him feel obligated to e-mail me, cause he did, and he rejected my invitation to go out. I am a little disappointed, but oh well, that is the story of my life. Also tonight I had to say farewell to two of my dearest friends, Besse and Katie. They didn't die or anything, but they are leaving tomorrow to go to Europe for a month! Lucky bums. I am going to miss them sooo much! Okay, time to go now. I am falling asleep on my keyboard!

My Smiths anthem is...'What She Said' My Smiths anthem is... "What She Said"
Snarl, cynic, snarl! Your philosophy and intellect seem to have gotten the best of you, and you seem to like it so far (at least outwardly). People? Who needs people when you have books and mountains of rationalization? Consider whether your bad luck in life may be the result of a matching mountain of self-pity, and try something new for a change (or someone new...)
"What She Said" is from Meat Is Murder.
